Glow Groom products are now available on subscription.
Have items sent out to you every 1,2, or 3 months. Just set and forget.

What subscription frequencies are available?

We currently offer order frequencies of:

  • Once a month
  • Every 2 months
  • Every 3 months

When will I be charged?

The first payment is immediately. The next payment will be in one month.
For example, If a subscription is purchased on Marth 15th, the next payment will be on April 15th.

How can I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time under Subscriptions in My Account.

How can I change my subscription frequency?

You can click Upgrade or Downgrade under Subscriptions in My Account.

Why isn't my coupon code working?

Subscriptions are not available in conjunction with any other offers or coupons.
